Warranty Info
All goods are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against defects due to faulty material or workmanship. This does not extend to defects caused by wear and tear, neglect or accident. This guarantee does not cover consequential damage, costs or injury howsoever caused.
Returns Policy
All goods returned to Alternatorsnstarters.co.uk must be supplied with your email address and full customer details and the reason for the return. Failure to provide these details may result in a delay in processing your returns.
Faulty Products
If products are believed to be faulty they must be return to alternatorsnstarters, for a full diagnostic, with a full description of the fault. Alternatorsnstarters reserves the right to test all returned goods before issuing a refund. Customers will be notified if a product is not found to be faulty and offered the option of having the product returned to them. Alternatorsnstarters.co.uk reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed products after 28 days. All products are supplied with 12 months warranty as standard.
Incorrectly Supplied Products
If products are believed to be incorrectly supplied, please provide a full description of the OE reference you are looking to replace. You have up to 7 days to return incorrectly supplied products. These products must not be damaged or used in any way. A replacement or refund would apply.
No Longer Required Products
We will be happy to accept products which are no longer required within 7 days of purchase provided they have not been fitted and they must be returned in a resalable condition. If these conditions are not met, Alternatorsnstarters.co.uk reserves the right to make a handling charge of up to 25% of the goods value to cover the cost of testing and repackaging for returning the item into stock.
